We take the correct handling of personal data very seriously and would like to inform you in what waysyour personal data is processed within our company and which rights you have. - We process your personal data strictly based on the restrictions and laws (DSGVO and BDSG), forexample:
- For Contractual reasons (§6, Abs.1, b, DSGVO): We need the data to fulfil a contract.
- For Legal reasons (§6, Abs.1, c, DSGVO): We are subject to several legal regulations that cause theprocessing of personal data (e.g. tax laws, accounting laws, etc.).
- For Reasons of legitimate interest (§6, Abs1, f, DSGVO): If necessary, we also process your data in more ways than required by the contract in order to protect the legitimate interest of ourcompany or third parties, e.g.
- In case you contacted us by e-mail or phone we will store your personal data for individual communication with you
- Assertion of claim or defense in legal disputes
- Storage of additional contact persons’ data in our CMR system for communication purposes
Within our company our staff will have access to your data to contact you and to fulfil all requirementsbased on contracts or pre-contracts. Your data will only be forwarded to service providers or processorswhich are bound by a contract to treat all data confidentially.
Concerning forwarding your personal data to a third party please note that we only do so in accordanceto the relevant laws and regulations, e.g.:
- To public institutions according to legal or official regulations
- To credit- or financial institutions during the payment process
- To our tax consultants, auditors, tax auditors or similar
We store your personal data as long as it is required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations. Once your data are not required for such obligations anymore, they will be deleted on a regular basis. The deadlines in the HBG as well as AO typically vary from six to ten years. If the processing of data is basedon a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, the data will be deleted as soon as the interestceases to exist.
Each individual has the right to be informed (§15 DSGVO), the right of rectification (§16 DSGVO), the rightof erasure (§17DSGVO), the right to restriction of processing (§18 DSGVO), the right to object (§21 DSGVO) and the right of access (§20 DSGVO).
Additionally it is possible to file a complaint at the data protection control, in our case the Bayrische Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA) in Ansbach (+49 981 53 1300, poststelle@lda.bayern.de).
For any reasons resulting from your personal situation you always have the right to object the processingof your personal data as long as the opposition is based on §6, 1f DSGVO. This objection can be presentedin free form under your name and should be sent to Datenschutz@innolas.com.
